Accreditation, Associations and Approvals

Approvals

• All programs listed in our catalog are approved by the Minnesota State Approving Agency for Veterans’ Education, the South Dakota Department of Military and Veterans Affairs State Approval Agency and the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs State Approval Agency.
• The baccalaureate degree program in nursing at Minnesota School of Business-Richfield is approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing and is in process of seeking accreditation by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, One DuPont Circle, NW, Suite 530, Washington, DC 20036, (202-887-6791).

Accreditation ¹

• Accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools to award diplomas, Associate in Applied Science degrees, Bachelor of Science degrees, and Master’s degrees.
• Globe University/Minnesota School of Business Medical Assisting programs in Richfield, Woodbury, Brooklyn Center, Plymouth, Shakopee, St. Cloud, Rochester and Blaine  are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Medical Assisting Education Review Board. • Veterinary Technology programs at Minnesota School of Business in Blaine, Plymouth, Rochester, Shakopee and St. Cloud; and Globe University in Woodbury are accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) as programs for educating Veterinary Technicians.

• Globe University and Minnesota School of Business are registered as private institutions with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education pursuant to sections 136A.61 to 1306A.71. Registration is not an endorsement of the institution. Registration does not mean credits earned at the institution can be transferred to all other institutions.
