Massage Students Raise Money for Multiple Charities

Cross Fit Field Trip

On October 23rd, the HFS department had a field trip to the Athlete Lab in Little Canada.  Owner Kate Klaers explained the principles behind a Cross Fit workout and led the HFS students through a challenging Cross Fit demonstration.  Afterward, Kate lead a lively discussion on the benefits of a crossfit workout versus a traditional workout.
