Sexual Assault Awareness Week at Globe University Appleton

Nationally, Sexual Assault Awareness Month occurs in April and commits to raising awareness and promoting the prevention of sexual violence through use of special events and public education. At Globe University, we are observing Sexual Assault Awareness Week during the week of April 16-20th.

Check out these upcoming events to learn more about what you can do to spread awareness and promote prevention of sexual violence.

  • Ruthie Bartman will be on campus to talk about her position as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner
    • Thursday, April 19th, 12-1pm, Room 101
    • Snacks will be provided
  • Awareness Quiz created by the Constitutional Issues class.  Some answers will be on posters around campus, some you will have to research on your own
    • Pick up the at the front desk
    • Turn in to the front desk by Friday, April 20th
    • Having the most correct answers enters you in a drawing for a prize from Global Market!
    • One attempt per student
