Students Gain Valuable Insight at Community Resource Fair

A student visits with a representative from FISC to learn more about financial planning.

Students and staff were able to visit with several local community partners on Leap Day as part of the “Leap Into Resources” Community Resource Fair on February 29. Representatives came to Globe University to provide information on housing, childcare, transportation,  healthcare options, financial services and computer/phone services.

A petition was also started in hopes that Valley Transit will reroute a bus to go past or near Globe University-Appleton. This bus stop will allow for easier transportation for our staff and students. The petition is available at the front desk during the entire month of March – stop by and sign today!

If you missed the Resource Fair, feel free to contact Ann or Alissa for additional resources. Thank you to all those who attended!
