On average, the campus will rent around seven rooms per month to community organizations. These organizations include Toastmasters, St. Paul Networking Group, a local American College Testing (ACT) preparation class, Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of America, Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) group of Woodbury Middle School, Paul Davis Restoration, American Red Cross, and many more.

Globe University is dedicated to giving back to the community where our students and staff reside. In 2012, Globe University participated in approximately 856 community projects which led to 59,866 hours serving the community.

In addition, staff and faculty within the entire Globe University network of colleges close all of the campuses to participate in Community Service Day. For this year’s Community Service Day on May 17, the Globe University-Woodbury campus will be traveling to Afton-Lakeland Elementary School in Lakeland, Minn., to participate in Junior Achievement’s JA-in-a-Day.

For more information about renting a room at Globe University-Woodbury, please contact the campus Community Manager, Brooke Tervola at btervola@globeuniversity.edu. Please note that due to our small class sizes our classrooms can hold a maximum of 25 people.
