Several years ago, British chef Jamie Oliver tried to help a community that was deemed the unhealthiest in the U.S. His Emmy-winning reality show, Food Revolution, exposed a side to school lunches that startled parents and forced school districts to evaluate the real “cost” of inexpensive food for American youth.
