Globe University-Green Bay has awarded the following three awards for Student of the Quarter, Staff of the Quarter and Faculty of the Quarter.
Student of the Quarter: Laura Ducat
As a medical assistant student and student ambassador known for her contagious smile, Laura Ducat (pictured) really sets the bar high.
She is friendly, hard-working and a great student role model. She takes her academics very seriously, has already made connections in her classes with other students and helped them.
Laura also juggles a job, two children and a full-time school schedule. She is truly a great addition to Globe’s student body: hard working, positive, outgoing, motivating! Congrats Laura!
Staff of the Quarter: Eric Jackson
As a new team member in admissions, Eric is always positive and tries to build up those around him.
He has hit the ground running to help new students and shows he truly cares about our students and wants them to succeed. He has gone above and beyond to connect with program chairs and he has been utilizing his iPad during campus tours!
Eric has really learned to understand our We Care culture and demonstrates this in how he assists students and staff. Nicely done Eric!
Faculty of the Quarter: Nicole Virant
Nicole is an enthusiastic person, as well as a great instructor. Nicole is engaging and develops a rapport with her students.
She is patient and helpful, which demonstrates not only her dedication, but wanting her students to succeed. Nicole also makes herself available for out-of-class tutoring and mentoring.
She is approachable, dependable and always excited to help. We can always count on her and depend on her for help when we need it in all sorts of different areas. She is versatile and flexible.
Besides for her community manager role, as an instructor she is constantly going above and beyond—especially when it comes to weekly tutoring. Nicole is always engaging students in activities. Nicole is such a positive person, who is always willing to lend an ear and offer advice. Great job Nicole!
