The Honorable Donald Zuidmulder spoke to the students at Globe University regarding the criminal process and how a case proceeds through the courts from the initial appearance through to sentencing.
Judge Zuidmulder is the Chief Judge and one of eight circuit court judges serving the Eighth Judicial Circuit in WI, which encompasses seven counties. He was elected in 1997 to the bench after being a private practice attorney for 22 years. He also has served as a District Attorney and as an Assistant Attorney General.
