Human Papilloma Virus and the American Youth

The Human Papilloma Virus or most commonly known as HPV is a sexually transmitted infection that affects the genitals of both males and females.

47% of all high school students that are reported to be sexually active and of those adolescent girls take up 28% and boys take up 31%.

A HCM Capstone research paper, completed by Connie Kimeu, explores the incidence and treatment of HPV. Parents with teenage children should want to be educated about HPV, and indeed can be educated, by reading the attached paper.
