Prior to joining the Globe Team, Ashley served as a campus administrator and admissions director at Vici Aveda Institute, a premier beauty institute in Madison, Wisconsin. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in education and business several years ago, and is looking forward to completing her Master’s of Science in Management here at Globe University.

While working in her former industry, Ashley focused on education management with an emphasis in student recruitment, advising, career placement and business management. Along with her focus on student career education, she partnered with The University of Wisconsin Campus, Urban League, Aveda Clean Water Project, YWCA, Salvation Army, as well as industry partners, to promote visibility and positive partnership within the community.

Having grown up in Sauk County, she enjoys boating on Lake Wisconsin, reading and spaghetti dinners with friends. She has two adorable dogs, Major and Marley, and spends much of her time hiking the beautiful Wisconsin State Parks.

“I love working with students and graduates here at Globe University Madison-West to help them achieve their career goals. One of my professional passions can be found in my eagerness to share information and educate students and graduates on the latest career trends,” Ashley said. “My advice to graduates and student job seekers is to start this process early. That means at the beginning of your final year if you’re completing your degree, or even earlier if you’re looking for an externship or a position related to your desired field. Some employers look for hires and recruit many months in advance of the anticipated work-start date.If you don’t start early, you can still find opportunity, but you may miss out on some of the coveted jobs.”
