Start Finals Week Off With a Wag and a Smile!

Students, be sure to visit the library on Monday, June 18th from 3:30-5:00pm to meet two adorable stress relievers. Dogs on Call, Inc., a local non-profit organization that provide therapy dogs to local hospitals, senior living centers and schools will be visiting Globe University-Madison West! Students are encouraged to stop by for some “pet therapy.”

Two dogs, one large and one small will be available in the library on Monday.

You may not know it, but animal therapy has many benefits, but physically and mentally.

They include:
• Increase in Relaxation
• Increase Mental Stimulation
• Reduction of Stress and Anxiety

The Dogs on Call, Inc. event is just one of the many activities the library will have for students during finals week to help them stay relaxed and on track during finals week. Students are also welcome to enjoy coffee, snacks and an opportunity to take some time to work on a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle. Join us!
