More and more massage therapy companies are opening in the Fargo-Moorhead communities and it’s leading to a lot of job opportunities for students at the Minnesota School of Business in Moorhead. ‘Massage Envy’ plans to open its doors in late April, but are having trouble finding enough qualified massage therapists. The company hired two recent graduates from the campus, but are in need of many more. The demand for massage therapists continues to grow in the area.
WDAY-TV 6 News in Fargo recently did a story on this need and featured the Minnesota School of Business massage therapy program.
In the story, Program Chair Megan Berg stated, “It is fantastic that there are so many different job opportunities, but we need more students so that we can be putting them out to fill those jobs.”
