Annual Survey Follow Up

As many of you know, a few months ago, we conducted our Annual Survey to get feedback from you on all aspects of your experience as an online student.  Obviously, the purpose of this survey is to help us improve our services across each department as well as improving the entire online learning experience for each of you.  With any survey, we know that there will be some great things to hear, but there will also be some constructive feedback.  At this point, each of the Directors are reviewing the detailed results and comments for their departments and they’ll look to quickly address any opportunities for improvement that you have identified.  It’s important to note that based on your feedback, we are already looking to make immediate changes to address the frequently mentioned concerns that I have outlined below.

  •  Advisor changes without any follow up communication from staff
  •  Follow up and responsiveness across all departments and instructors
  •  Consistency from course to course as well as consistency in the level of service from each department
