Annual Survey Reminder

Congratulations on the launch of Early Fall quarter and we hope that all of you are off to an active start with your courses.  Every year at this time, we like to ask each student for some very important feedback on all aspects of our degree programs and student services.  We understand that surveys take time and we sincerely appreciate the time you take to give us helpful feedback.  Keep in mind, all of your comments are completely confidential and they are critical in helping us improve our services across each department as well as improving the entire learning experience.

To complete the survey, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Log into CampusConnect

2. Click on any of your Early Fall courses

3. Go to the Course Menu on left hand side

4. Click on Annual Survey, directly under the Feedback link

5. Select your current Degree Program

6. Complete the Annual Survey
