She loves being in a position where she can make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Most of her free time lately has been spent wedding planning as she is getting married this July to her fiancé Mitch DeDeyn. Together they have a Pomeranian mix named Melody, or Melly for short, who is the head of the household. Nicole loves animals, the outdoors, and music. A fun fact about Nicole is that she used to want to be an opera singer! She sang in a youth program for the Minnesota Opera throughout high school and spent her first year of college as a Vocal Performance major at Northwestern College. Her fiancé also has experience with theatre as a playwright. Mitch has had several short plays produced in Minnesota as well as a play produced in San Diego, California. Nicole’s favorite things to do include going to the cabin, relaxing at home with Mitch and Melly, and spending time with family and friends.
