Globe University Supports Local Cat Shelter and Promotes Healing, Relaxation in Pets

MOORHEAD, Minn. (June 2, 2014) – Like humans, our pets can also suffer from chronic pain or anxiety. To teach the local community how they can help their pets with these issues, the Globe University-Moorhead veterinary technology and massage therapy programs are teaming up to offer an animal Reike class on Sunday, June 8, 2014 from 1 – 5 p.m. at the campus. Reike is a Japanese technique that promotes stress reduction, relaxation and healing. The class is open to the public and all proceeds will be donated to Cat’s Cradle Shelter.
