Globe University to Present K-9 Officer with Bulletproof and Stab-Proof Vest

MADISON, Wis. (July 11, 2014) – Veterinary technology students from the Globe University-Madison East campus will present Milwaukee House of Corrections K-9 officer Poseiden and his handler with a bulletproof and stab-proof vest during a ceremony on campus on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 1 p.m. The students raised more than $1,000 for Wisconsin Vest-A-Dog, an organization that provides bulletproof and stab-proof vests for police dogs, at its “Adopt Around the Globe” event in April.
