“It’s an awesome feeling to get the chance to get the full perspective of the education process,” said Diana Welter, instructor and director of career services at the Minnesota School of Business (MSB) – Richfield campus.
Diana has worked in the education field for more than 20 years. She continues to comment on how she loves to see the students when they enter school, guide them throughout their education, and then help them find their career once they graduate.
The career services department at Globe University/MSB is there for students from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they walk across the stage to graduate. They provide the students resources on job fairs, job openings and help students with their cover letter and resumes, and much more.
“I have had the opportunity to change careers a few times to see what’s out there and what I like. I have worked as a manager of a retail store and as a technical recruiter, but have always come back to the education field,” said Diana.
The passion for helping students gleams out of Diana. She is consistently providing opportunities for students and alumni to help them land that dream job.
Helping our students achieve their career goals is woven into everything Globe/MSB does. From the career-readiness objectives incorporated into the curriculum to the applied learning projects and ongoing employment assistance, the career services department along with the rest of the staff and faculty are dedicated to providing you the hands-on training and assistance you need to succeed.
