Globe University Sioux Falls Completes Training Activities

Students attending Globe University Sioux Falls are not the only ones learning new things. This past week Globe University faculty and staff were very busy. Not only were they trying to ensure student success in the classroom and everyday activities but also through Program Advisory Meetings, PAC, and trainings.

Thursday marked the annual PAC meetings here at GU Sioux Falls. These meetings are set-up within each program by the program chair and members of that program. Community members that have worked in that specific field are then invited to campus to review the programs and courses offered. At the meetings suggestions are given on ways to improve our programs as well as ways to expand our current curriculum.

Friday the Sioux Falls campus was greeted with a special guest, Dave Metzen, Globe Education Network’s Provost. Dave Metzen presented to GU-Sioux Falls “Leading Positive Changes- Where Everyone is a Leader”. The members of the Sioux Falls campus were involved with this interactive workshop. Both events provided the Sioux Falls campus ways in which to grow and continually improve.
