Customer Service Strategies

This course focuses on the customer service skills needed to be a competitive advantage for a business. Study the relationships between customer service and other facets of a successful business.

Supervisory Management

Learn the roles and responsibilities of direct line managers. Practical training includes employee orientation and training, coaching, motivation, employee assignment, task supervision, performance assessment, compensation, reviews, conflict resolution and dealing with labor/management issues.

Marketing/Internet Marketing

An in-depth study of market research and social influences of marketing on consumers and businesses. Study the process of identifying customer needs, developing and pricing products and developing a marketing plan.

Professional Communications

Develop the verbal and written skills and strategies needed to become effective communicators in business and professional settings.

Small Business Management

Introduces small business management in the real world. Topics include writing business plans, financial report analysis, business acquisition, government regulations and legal issues affecting small businesses. A major focus is on entrepreneurial activities and traits of entrepreneurs.
