MS Office Applications I & II

Students receive hands-on training on the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Students will create advanced word processing documents, spreadsheets and PowerPoints, as well as become familiar with databases.

Professional Communications

Students learn the skills and strategies needed to become effective written and verbal communicators in business and professional settings. Students will create business reports, presentations and professional correspondence.

Customer Service Strategies

Focuses on customer service strategies that lead to a competitive advantage for the organization. Students study the inter-relationships of customer service and other facets of a successful business.

Interpersonal Relations

A study of the development of interpersonal relations, exploring cognitive, behavioral, attitudinal and contextual interpersonal skills.

Business Law

Introduces students to the legal issues affecting businesses, including classifications of laws, contracts, sales transactions, negotiable instruments and employment law.
