  • Managerial Communications

    This course examines the communication flow between business leaders, other professionals and with their clients. Analysis focuses on using written and oral communications for the effective exchange of ideas. The course also examines the challenges virtual mediums and global markets place on these communications.

    Team Work/Group Management Tools

    Investigate how cooperation, collaboration and teamwork impact workplace climates. Students explore the dynamics of group behavior in all phases of operations in order to determine essential guidelines that enhance team productivity and meet the expectations of the workplace.

    Strategic Management

    Topics include strategic management process and implementation as well as the role of leaders in strategic planning. Students apply knowledge from previous courses to develop strategies.
