Part of Globe University’s DBA degree program is fulfilled by 54 credits from an MBA program or related Master’s in management program. The 54 Master’s credits may be earned at Globe or transferred in from a degree earned at an eligible U.S. college or university. Once the Master’s credits are achieved, a student can earn his or her DBA in as few as two years with full-time, year-round study.
While the Doctor of Business Administration is approved by ACICS, the Department of Education and the Council of Higher Education Accreditation only recognizes ACICS’ scope of accreditation through the Master’s degree level. Therefore, the US Department of Education and the Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) do not recognize this doctoral program.
(Note: The doctoral program is ineligible for federal financial aid, per the Title IV section of the Higher Education Act.)
