Globe University/ Minnesota School of Business is dedicated to supporting members of our armed forces with special benefits for active duty service members and veterans under our Military Advantage program. Globe University/Minnesota School of Business’s dedicated military liaison, Mike Blumberg, helps military students leverage their military training and benefits to maximize their education experience. When you contact Mike, he will:

Evaluate military training and determine transfers for university credit

Be an advocate for you throughout your university experience

Help determine educational military benefits for which you are eligible

Work with you, your education services officer and other outside parties to help you achieve your academic goals
Mike Blumberg retired from the U.S. Army with 22 years of honorable service. He is a decorated Vietnam War veteran with awards including the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Mike's service included tours in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East, and he served in prestigious units including the 1st Infantry Division and the 8th Infantry Division Airborne.

Mike has worked with Globe University/Minnesota School of Business for the past 10 years. He is familiar with the practices and procedures vital to military students’ functionality; his military background and understanding of military life uniquely qualify him to help military students successfully navigate our academic community.
