Admission requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in any area of operations, including sales, marketing, operations, accounting, finance, production or management.*

Credit for professional training and experience, transfer credit
Globe University has a generous credit equivalency policy. Course-equivalent leadership and technical training, certifications, project management experience, relevant military training and transfer credits from other institutions can be used to fulfill up to 50% of program requirements. Unlike most other institutions, Globe does not charge for evaluation of those experiences or for credit granted.

Master’s degree for international business students
The Globe University Master of Science in Management: Managerial Leadership program offers unique benefits for international students:
- International student services support students from the time they inquire about the program through the course of their U.S. studies.
- A student can enter the MSM program at many points during the year—every four to six weeks. This flexibility allows a student to enter the U.S. shortly after visa approval.
- The program emphasizes practical application of leadership concepts in a corporate environment, requiring students to hold professional employment throughout the course of the program. An international student may be eligible for a work authorization from the first quarter of classes in the U.S.
- Course-related employment provides a rich addition to an international resume—experience in an American business operation.

The Master of Science in Management program with a Managerial Leadership emphasis is designed for experienced professionals interested in advancing to management positions in their current areas of operational expertise—sales, production, marketing, accounting, HR, finance or another niche. The MSM has a strong emphasis on human resource management and leadership, and more program credits dedicated to practicum experiences.
The MBA program is more general in scope, covering all aspects of business administration. It prepares students for entry or advancement to management in any type of organization, industry or entrepreneurial venture.
