    • AutoCAD I

      Students learn file management techniques, the Windows operating system, AutoCAD commands, template creation and symbol libraries for architectural applications.

      Residential Construction Drawings I

      Students develop a set of working drawings for a residence, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, wall/building sections and construction details.

      Building Information Modeling

      Students learn how to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a construction documentation system, including the concepts of BIM, software structure and features, modeling and editing techniques, and sheet creation and organization.

      Building Systems

      Students study the basic design and drafting requirements of mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings.

      Advanced Commercial Construction Drawing

      Using Revit, students design a building per given specifications, solving code violations, to create a complete set for working drawings as a team.
