Membership includes use of comprehensive exercise libraries and program design templates, as well as access to thousands of articles, videos and assessment tools for health fitness professionals. Globe University and our affiliates are the only universities in the country that offer Resistance Training Specialist 123 (RTS 123) certification. An individual holding a certification from American Council on Exercise (ACE) may satisfy continuing education requirements through health fitness specialist single subject registration. ACE has been committed to enriching quality of life through safe, effective exercise and physical activity since 1985.
