Globe University’s team of high school presenters support the work of secondary teachers and counselors with interactive classroom presentations. The presentations deal with practical issues students will face after graduation.

Tony Beyer - High School PresenterAs a radio announcer and television news reporter, Tony Beyer has spoken in front of large and small audiences for many years. His presentations engage student interest through humor, honesty and real-world examples. It is his passion to help students make great decisions and achieve their goals.

Kelly Brinkman - High School PresenterKelly Brinkman began her career as a high school coordinator in 2004. After taking a break to start a successful small business, she’s now back in the classroom. An energetic and interactive presenter, she has a passion for helping students move on to higher education.

Kathy Brown Buenning - High School PresenterKathy Brown Buenning spent the past 10 years honing her skills in the retail business management industry . She joined Globe University in 2010 as a High School Coordinator bringing high energy and a wealth of experience to her presentations. She is very passionate about education and helping students realize their future potential.

Cathy Chabot - High School PresenterCathy Chabot has worked with numerous high school teachers and students over the past four years, offering Real World Presentations as a representative of Globe University and Minnesota School of Business. Her business background and personal experiences allow her to bring real-life lessons to high school seniors in a fun, humorous and inspiring way. She truly enjoys being in the classroom. Cathy says, “The students keep me young. They are eager and excited to be moving on to the next phase of their lives. It is fun to see, and I have positive experiences everyday. This is an awesome job to have.”

Cathy presents throughout Central Minnesota, including St. Cloud, Maple Grove, and Brainerd.

Shari Else - High School PresenterShari Else is a very high-energy presenter! She is originally from the Grand Forks, North Dakota area and currently resides in West Fargo. Shari graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She has experience working in media, marketing, retail management and admissions. Shari’s passion for working with high school students began when, as a retail manager, she was able to train and coach students at different levels educational levels. Shari has been with Globe University and Minnesota School of Business since October 2007 and is based at the Moorhead, Minnesota, Campus.

Shari presents in the Fargo/Moorhead area, including Grand Forks and Fergus Falls.

Phil Gwoke - High School PresenterPhil Gwoke is a nationally recognized speaker who has been serving high school students with successful life skills training for over 14 years. His goal is to partner with teachers who are providing  strong educational foundations, helping them motivate students to achieve. Phil has been invited to speak in 20 different states to over 100,000 students, and has traveled to Mexico, Egypt, Kenya and Uganda as well. He has been a high school teacher, college admissions professional, coffee shop owner and non-profit business consultant. Phil's wealth of diverse experiences enrich every classroom. He has a unique ability to show appreciation of an individual’s importance while stressing the need to take responsibility for the greater community. His use of insight, humor, and research has proven to inspire audiences toward a positive mindset and valuable life choices.

Phil presents in the Twin Cities northeast metro, including St. Paul and Forest Lake.

Angela Shomion - High School PresenterAngela Shomion's experience in the St. Paul Public School district has provided her with an appreciation of the challenges facing high school teachers and students. She loves helping seniors prepare for the next step in life. Her Real World Presentations will enrich your curriculum with engaging, interactive and relevant content.

Sarah Steiner - High School PresenterSarah Steiner is excited to share her passion for education and success with your high school seniors. Her parents did not have the benefit of a college education. In the course of earning her bachelor’s degree, she inspired her father and younger sisters to pursue higher education and experience its benefits. Now she is looking forward to sharing that same inspiration with your students.

Sara ZelewskeSara Zelewske is a dynamic speaker who infuses positive energy and enthusiasm into every presentation she gives. For the last four years, she has been speaking in high school classrooms across northeast Wisconsin, inspiring students with her passion for education. With a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a master’s degree in progress, Sara uses real-life examples to motivate and help them achieve their educational and career goals. Her fun, interactive and informative presentations will resonate with your class during this term and beyond.

Scott Zimmer - High School PresenterScott Zimmer has enjoyed public speaking since childhood. Entertaining comes naturally to him. After graduating from St. John’s University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Scott decided he wanted a career that not only allowed him to entertain, but that made a difference. Globe University/Minnesota School of Business’s high school coordinator position provided the opportunity to do just that! For seven years, Scott has traveled to high schools throughout the Midwest and has spoken to thousands of seniors on relevant and inspiring topics.

Scott presents throughout southeast Minnesota, including the Rochester and Lakeville areas.
