Cool climate, warm-hearted people

Weather in our Midwestern metropolis certainly provides variety. While summer temperatures may climb above 38° Celsius (100° Fahrenheit), winter may see temperatures as low as -34° Celsius (-30° Fahrenheit). The city is ready for the challenge. A system of enclosed skyways connects major downtown buildings and the region boasts a wealth of outdoor recreation opportunities for any season.
